1. Commercial Offering & Pricing
Korean Glow™ operates as a specialized direct-to-consumer store offering the Korean D-Tan Removal Cream (Pack of 2 Jars) at the advertised price of ₹429.00. This price is all-inclusive (covers GST and 100% free pan-India express courier shipping). No hidden charges or extra courier fees will be applied at checkout.
2. Payment Terms
All orders placed on Korean Glow™ are strictly 100% Prepaid through our integrated payment gateway (Cashfree Payments). We accept all authorized Indian UPI payment modes (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Cred, and dynamic UPI QR code). We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
3. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment
An order is confirmed once payment has been verified by the payment gateway. Confirmed orders are systematically dispatched from our fulfillment warehouse within 24 business hours.
4. Shipping & Delivery Logistics
Shipments are fulfilled through registered express courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Express Air). The standard transit time is 2 to 4 business days for major metro locations and 3 to 5 business days for the rest of India. A live tracking link will be provided upon dispatch.
5. User Obligations & Accurate Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient details, including a valid 10-digit mobile number, street address, and correct 6-digit postal pincode. Inaccurate addresses may result in delivery delays or cancellation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Korean Glow™ acts as an independent online merchant and dropshipper sourcing from verified suppliers. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with purchases made on koreangloww.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
